I was referred by my daughter, who is very uncomfortable going to dentists. She finally found someone she likes. Dr. Rush. Long story short…I found out that my company insurance would be cancelled at the end of the month. I was frantic because I had serious work needed as far as crowns, etc., and I thought I had until the end of the year to get my appointments in place. When I called and explained my situation, the office staff was not only able to fit me in and I was able to get two crowns and two fillings done on the same day. My crowns will be delivered on the last day of the month, so I know my insurance benefits have been fully utilized to my benefit. As for the actual work done, I saw Dr. Rush and she provided excellent treatment for me. For having two crown preps and two fillings done on the same arch on the same day, I feel great. The very next day I had an appointment with the Hygienist for a cleaning and that also went very smoothly with no issues. Prior to coming to your office I had recently two caps put on. Both resulted in painful root canals. In addition, I was having pain on both sides of my mouth when I ate certain foods. The dentist I had been seeing told me there were “probably” hair line cracks in my teeth but there was no way to know for sure as they cannot be seen. I came in for a consult and not only did you find the cracks, you were able to take pictures of them and show them to me. I’ve had three teeth fixed with caps that had cracks and cavities. There was absolutely no pain. Not even the needles hurt!
